Welcome to Pricefy! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Pricefy's SaaS Application.
1. User Accounts & Security
To access the price-tracking features, users must create a valid account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. Pricefy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Pricefy offers both free tiers and premium subscription plans. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service. All financial transactions and recurring subscription billing are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
3. Non-Affiliation and Retailer Disclaimers
Pricefy fetches publicly available pricing data from third-party websites to provide tracking services. Pricefy is an independent service and is not affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or any other online retailer.
We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but we do not guarantee the real-time exactness of external retail prices due to potential caching, internet latency, or structural changes on retailer websites. Final purchasing decisions and transactions happen strictly on the respective retailer's platform at your own risk.
4. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the platform to: scrape our consolidated tracking data, reverse engineer the platform, disrupt service infrastructure, or use automated scripts to create accounts or manipulate the system.

Pricefy, its developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any financial losses, missed discounts, or incorrect pricing data provided through the service. The tool is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Pricefy. We strive to provide the best tracking experience possible. Please read our policy regarding plan cancellations and refunds carefully.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time directly through your Pricefy User Dashboard under the 'Billing' settings. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since Pricefy provides digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) with real-time computational data syncs, we generally operate on a no-refund policy once a billing cycle has started.
However, if you experience technical issues where the service was entirely unavailable due to a verified system outage on our end, or if you were charged accidentally due to a billing system error via Razorpay, please reach out to us within 7 days of the transaction for a review.
3. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back via our payment gateway network (Razorpay) directly to the original payment method used during purchase. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or statement.
